Our Laura is apparently gone because she's having problems browsing the new theme with her smartphone, I thought this version of phpBB to be even more standards-friendly, but it seems it's not the case. Can Nop look into it?

Yep that's really right. This actual system is good because it preserves template and display (large pics are resized).

Anyway there is 2 major inconvenients:

1/ Attached pics are resized with frame and surely 20% of members will click on pic to open a pop-up to see the full pic.
In addition frames hide parts of the pic, so for example it's not very interesting to see only the face of a girl when the pic is about ass gape.

2/ As Frigo said open a pop-up costs bandwith and server speed. Especillay here because a ton of membres use attachement.
In addition this behavior is not cool for the user and the board in this example: cliking on pic opens a pop-up and redirects to free image hoster, so the user quits EBI.

Anyway noproblemo will find surely a better template for attachment in the future. Searching and testing templates take time, so just wait.

opening the fullsize image in a new window from free image hoster is fine with me. EBI stays open in old browser window in background!

Please, let us know of any VISUAL/LAYOUT bug first, especially if you're using older versions of Internet Explorer or FF. What about Opera and Safari?
Is the header (Bunny-made, FAC000001) spilling in any way onto the "Board index" navbar?

As for the code, phpBB 3.0 has a shitload of new features, great for both mods and users. Some of you may still be fond of 2.0 but keep in mind that sticking with an old version of the Board comes with a price.
