It's all a matter of taste. Personally I think she is beautiful, one of the best looking active models. Her new boobs might actually be a great commercial move, and with her professional attitude I don't see why she wouldn't be succesfull. She may have lost some fans but I am sure she won plenty too.
I hope to work with the new Anna soon.
