Parliament joined Rumania just in June 2011 to EU and it's not definitely still. All legal brothels asked Rumanian girls working permission for escorting till 2011 because of this.

To me human trafficking is putting girls into a van or something and sneaking them into a country against their will, then forcing them to have sex with strangers and pocketing the money.
