What was the most memorable porn year for you?

I only started watching porn in 2003 or so and I don't regret not starting earlier because I don't buy DVDs and the Internet before then was a bit of a wasteland.

2007 was the best year for me because that was the last year before the current recession (I assume that means that the most European content ever was produced that year?). Raul was at the height of his powers, HD was becoming ubiquitous, the Romanians were in full bloom, Russia was opening up, and Bambi did her hardcore scenes. So much of my porn collection is from that year that I remember it like it was yesterday.

I am going to give you a range and say for me from 1995 -2002. I believe it was during this time was when a much larger number of good looking women with incredible physical attributes decided to jump into porn on both continents. During this time I also discovered Euro porn and immediately decided it was far, far better than what US porn was. The plastic surgery epidemic had not penetrated Euro porn the way it has today...

For me there are two memorable porn periods.

1. 1986 - 1990. This is when I started watching porn, and I discovered
the German labels DBM [with directors Gabriel Pontello and SX Kowalski]
and Videorama [director Harry S. Morgan]. Crazy stuff!! With plenty of
anal sex, fisting (vag, anal, DP), weird insertions (cucumbers, bottles)
and peeing and strange sets.... I thought it was wonderful....
Expensive 90 minute VHS tapes. Great memories.

2. 2007 - current. Jay Sin joined Evil Angel and started to shoot some
terrific porn. Superb anal-oriented content with high technical quality,
released on affordable 4 hour DVDs. It is perfect. All that I ever wanted.
