Problem with Hardfucktales.com

Hi, I just bought membership for Hardfucktales.com, but I cant fucking download the scenes, the files are called 0/, but I get message that its not valid when I try to saved it. I wrote to support, but anyone got same problem or maybee knows if Im doing something wrong then please help. Im also member at 21Sextury and Explicite-art.com right now and I have no problems there so I dont think I can be something with my PC. Well anyone can help me soon? Thx.
