Looks like the pictures come from http://www.Metmodels.com, according to her page on http://www.indexxx.com/models/646/suzie-carina/, and the actual set is from 2008.09.24.

On the Metmodels page, she is listed as Carina.

I see that she's been around for a long time, but I've only just started to discover her. She's gorgeous and certainly looks worth further exploration.
