Beti Hana Rocco's Mystery

At the same time, if you click on Beti Hana's profile @ Rocco's site, here's the model you get:

They don't look the same, do they? If you google Beti Hana, you'll find the second one all over the place, never the one performing in Rocco's scene.
Shall we ask, who the hell then is the so-called "Beti Hana" performing in that scene and who isn't named Bety Hana at all?
