Sorry, Eremite - no ID beyond the fact that the name she used for the pictorial is sometimes indicated to be Leah, and the fact that the photographer was Jip Pruden. Supposedly, she models exclusively for Pruden (http://peachyforum.com/forums/p/120321/97125.aspx; with the weblink his website is mentioned).
