I get quite angry about incompetency these days, i.e. human ressource allocation in this biz. Best girls under the radar instead of maxxing out profits.

So there is a new hottie, if I would be her manager I would try to give her as many jobs as possible for a comission. But she has no socials and no listing at any agency. So there is a demand and I'm for sure not the only one who can't invest.
Girl misses jobs and manager/agency misses comissions, everyone loses. Not sure what kind of business model this is, but it will throw both, the girl and manager, out of business as they earn much less as they could.
