order dvd's by telephone?

as my only access to the internet is via a mobile phone i am having difficulty trying to buy online. My first attempt went well but when i ordered through the same website a few days later my browser stopped just after payment. Basically payment was taken twice for 1 dvd but my order was not confirmed. As yet i have not been able to contact the web site customer services team. I am kinda weary now. Does anyone know of any suppliers that take orders by phone so i can pay that way. Pref uk or europe. Hope you can help me in my hour of need? Xx

I always use simplythebestdvd.com but, according to their ordering web site [url]http://www.simplyporndvd.com/How-To-Order-p-1.html[/url] they will accept orders by fax, email, snail mail and on the web, but not speaking to them (and I think that's what you mean).

They may be a bit pricey but they've never let me down and will always send a replacement if what you've ordered doesn't turn up or doesn't play...

If still needed, you can also order from the two big German companies - Beathe Uhse and Orion - via phone. Both aren´t always up-to-date with new titles, but can get them for you.
