I tried to change the topic title of http://www.eurobabeindex.com/sbandoinde ... cia_5.html from Patricia (5) to Little Caprice (it's more meaningful for the members) but I received an error:

You are not allowed to access this file.

I guess it's because the original poster has deleted his account and he is reported as guest/anonymous (and I don't have the rights on guest members), even if I changed the poster name, that fails.

Can you fix it please?

Probably a bug in phpBB.
I will install the latest release soon, which should fix this kind of error

... meanwhile I have just fixed the database manually, changing attachment's ownership for that post
then I was able to change the title of the post successfully.
