The EBI clock is off?

The EBI clock is off by an hour in my settings.
(...last weekened we moved ahead one hour.)
I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.....New York City...east coast of the United States.
Will this change/fix on it's own?....or should I try to adjust it manually by myself in
my User Control Panel/board preference settings?
