User options disabled in 'The lost Babes of EBI' section

Users can't use BBcode, see picture attachments etc in this section: viewforum.php?f=39

I remember this section has been created later, maybe one admin forgot to enable the user options by default.
Possible to fix it?

Because I guess you're a mod. Me too, I have the full options.
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=12694 reported to me BBcode was disabled in his posting options in any thread of this section.
