Its the core of Salieris assessment. If a girl means trouble on set no matter what her other talents or her look she will sooner or later fail in this job. Anyway, looks like almost all Salieri girls get 16 out of 20 points here. Is he said to be too demanding?

ok since you asked nicely.... this ranking is like kindergarten show and tell: no matter what you do, you're guaranteed to get a good grade, and the teacher's pets get the highest. If there was such a list, like a real one, I can guarantee you that there would be a lot of heat discussing it. Agencies from time to time talk about rating their models, with the input of producers, but nobody had the guts to do it

C'mon, i'm joking. You can't be so serious about that - it's just a fucking chart, taken out of the blue by whoever. You know, sometimes some dickish producers, who like to take down their models for not being so nice to them as they think they deserve, post some naughty blog entries - you would seriously discuss that too?

If 16 is the lowest they can get and 19 (out of 20) the highest, than 16 is a bad mark.

16 is totally not lowest - some poor gal named Anita Fegy has 13! Seems like that guy seriously hates her
