I only started watching porn in 2003 or so and I don't regret not starting earlier because I don't buy DVDs and the Internet before then was a bit of a wasteland.

2007 was the best year for me because that was the last year before the current recession (I assume that means that the most European content ever was produced that year?). I am going to give you a range and say for me from 1995 -2002. I believe it was during this time was when a much larger number of good looking women with incredible physical attributes decided to jump into porn on both continents. For me there are two memorable porn periods.
