Why don't more girls get breast augmentations?

Everyone debates boob enhancement but why not augmentations? Girls like Christina Jolie are a good example: perfect height, perfect face and body, but atrociously large and floppy breasts. IMO girls like Christina, Laura Lion, and Simony have breasts just as ugly as Alien's. It's quite a shame because my list of favorite girls would increase by a hundred.

I.E. small breasts are sometimes attractive and sometimes not, enhanced breasts are sometimes attractive and sometimes not, but floppy and melon-like ones are NEVER attractive.

I honestly don't understand what you are trying to say. What's the difference between Breast enhancement and breast augmentation?
In my book the two types of breats alteration usually used in reference to porn performers is breats implants or breast reduction. That second one is so rare that I have never heard of one porn performer who actually received it. The first is so common that the list of those without them keeps getting smaller each year.
