I downloaded the Morgana scene from Putalocura in HD (720p) and noticed the video quality is so much better than the quality of the PB scenes (judging from the trailers on PB site). The framerate and/or bitrate seems really high which makes it super smooth and crisp. So can someone tell me - are PB scenes available in this quality? And if not, why the hell not?!
