Yes the "framerate and/or bitrate" in the latest Putalocura videos is double that of PB which makes them much more "smooth and crisp", but also many of the PB trailers are 50 fps instead of 25 fps (frames per second) as used in the full scene releases. If you are using "VLC media player" you can easily verify this is the case by looking at the video codec info.

Here is a very good example of the difference in video quality betwen 25 fps and 50 fps!

Compare the trailer of "NICOLE LOVE #1" (which is 50 fps) to the full scene (only 25 fps) and and you can see the trailer is smoother and crisper video, especially noticeable in slow motion playback which is much better!

So yes all the PB scenes filmed by Torbe seems to be available in this higher video quality! It realy would be a shame if PB didnt start to release all the new 1080p scenes in the highest possible quality available !
Also all the old classic PB scenes must be re released in the original 50 fps quality.
This is also a wise decision business wise, because many canceled members would have to return to the PB and start download their favorite scenes again!

The dissadvantage would be the bigger file size, but still not nearly as big as those 4K UHD files filmed by Georgio.

Also all members with ordinary (1920x1080p) monitors would get the most out of their screens.

So if PB did this it would be a win win situation for everybody, and i think all agree on a PREMIUM bukkake is very visual dependent and therefor deserve the best possible video quality.

So all PB members should demand PB doing this upgrade very soon!

I'm no expert in this, I don't know anything about video production and editing. I did a bit of reading on it, and it appears that all TV and DVD plays at 25 fps, Blu-Ray is a bit more at 30fps. Typically video games run optimally at 50-60fps rather than video media because you need that kind of real time speed. If 25 fps can trigger an epileptic fit, how is that pretty much all media uses it?

Anyway if the original video is at 50fps, then I agree with you that it makes no sense to reduce the quality, and they should probably release the full size files!

I don't agree with your reasoning, or facts about frame rates. Regular Hollywood movies are traditionally shot in 24fps and nobody is having seizures. In the analog days, and those still using it, Pal format for television is 25fps, North American standard TV is 29.97fps, still not seeing common seizures. But I'm not an expert on epilepsy. Doubling the frame rate to 48 or 50 is not really giving you the higher quality. In fact sometimes it looks strange to have the extra frames if played at regular speed. The most value I see in shooting double the frame rate is that you can play slow motion at half the speed with still smooth motion and no jitter due to no loss of frames. I really don't think this is the problem. I think the problem is the encoding when they are exporting, but I couldn't say without seeing their settings. I'm very confident that is the source of the problem though, not frame rate.
