Ok it's maybe too much but minimal infos is necessary:

Main name (the most useful) and nicknames, country, start date, any infos about her DOB or agency if you get it.

In addition, add a correct picture to ID her.

Web & movies appearances with studio and if you can her sex activity (lez, solo, anal, b/g etc).
