As a producer of a Europorn website for about 7 years now, I have dealt with unreliable, unprofessional people in all related vectors (models, makeup artists, and, yes, even some modeling agencies). I try not to let it bother me because this is a business like no other and expecting it to function like a normal business will only lead to frustration and disappointment. One must maintain a sense of humor at all times, in order to retain one's sanity, I often tell myself. I do agree that the idea of a Blacklist should not be public and should only be available to those with a need to know. I agree with the other fellow who wrote a long post against the blacklist in this regard.
But more importantly, I think that a Whitelist would be more helpful to me as a producer than a Blacklist. There are some models who are not only reliable and show up on time, but who take an active interest in helping the director make the best possible production. I am talking about such models as Mea Melone, Gina Devine, Welli Angel, Bella Baby, Nathaly Cherie, Victoria Puppy, etc. etc. etc. These models -- and many others who deserve recognition as such -- are not only beautiful but have great personalities and they make the work experience pleasant and relaxed and, consequently, highly productive -- or at least they have for my company. So rather than hearing about who NOT to hire, I would rather hear about who I SHOULD hire.
Now a Whitelist with only positive things to say about the best models out there might be suitable for public display. But I suppose since it is a sort of commentary on personnel issues, where I come from, this might still be treated as confidential information.
Cheers,
Enzo
